Toxic Taco is a hard-shelled taco filled with lettuce, shredded cheese and beans. He has half-closed eyes, with filling dripping from his open mouth, and splatters of slimy sauce dripping down his taco shell.

- Toxic Taco is similar to Yucko Taco, a Trashie from Series 2 of the Trash Pack. He is also similar to Taco Terrie, a Season 3 Shopkin.
- He is the first taco Grossery, the second being Yuck Taco from Series 3.
- His static art portrays him as yellow, a color his figures do not come in.
- His figure is molded to have a butt at the back of his shell.
- On the Philippines website, he is erroneously listed as Toxic Tacos.
