Rotten Apple Pie is a slimy, moldy handheld apple pie, with some of his mold and slime dripping down his wrapper. He has crossed eyes and several gapped teeth.
Collector Card[]
Rotten Apple Pie's collector card is Card 26 in the series. He has one hand on his hip, with the other pointing upwards as he looks upwards as well. A human finger is poking upwards from his pie. He has the tagline of "A Finger in Every Pie!" on the bottom.
Card 108 is a Heat 'N' Reveal card with the same image.

- Rotten Apple Pie is similar to Awful Pie, a Trashie from Series 1 of the Trash Pack. He also resembles Apple Pie, a Food Fair Shopkin, and Pvt. Crapple Pie, a Series 4 Grossery. Unlike Awful Pie and Pvt. Crapple Pie, he is a fast food pie, while Awful Pie and Pvt. Crapple Pie are whole, classic pies.
- He is meant to look like a fast food apple pie possibly because of Tasteless Tart looking like a regular pie.
