- Mushy Slushy shares his name with the Mushy Slushie Collectors Cup and Mushy Slushie Machine. Ironically, these are two exclusive packages that he is not contained in.
- Like Horrid Hot Dog, he is a Series 1 Grossery with a Series 2 exclusive variant.
- The Unknown Drink Grossery somewhat resembles him.
- He is orange in his static art, a color his figures do not come in.
